Regarding cost reduction cases, the presenter presented and interpreted them in a variety of ways, including changing the business philosophy, proposing the golden cost line concept, optimizing independent equipment maintenance, lowering the cost of spare parts, and expanding the cost reduction of details. Additionally, the presenter revealed how personnel management, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement principles are effectively applied and translated into concrete progress.
